In Bali alone, only 5% of children from low-income families can afford to send their children to school, leading to a significant brain drain as many seek low-paying service jobs or leave the country.
As a result, most young people choose low-paid service work or employment on cruise liners, impoverishing both Bali and the global cultural landscape. Children from poor families and communities face an even bigger challenge, as their families are unable to pay tuition fees for any form of education. This lack of access leaves them uneducated and disempowered for the rest of their lives, reinforcing a cycle of extreme poverty.
Empowering Young Artists through Sustainable Education Initiatives

Many internationally renowned artists residing in Bali are eager to share their knowledge and skills, providing a unique opportunity to address this educational gap.
